IX Global Services
Marking Eminence in Managed Services and Global Connectivity

IX Global Services

CIO VendorNoor Helmi, CEO
As companies increasingly strive to expand their horizons to mature their business stature, facilitating seamless connectivity across their subsidiaries continues to be a daunting endeavor for a multitude of businesses. While outsourcing constitutes the conventional approach followed by a substantial number of entities in the market to enhance their business productivity, IX Global Services breaks the norm by proliferating its business case, finding the common grounds between shared services and outsourcing. Ideally, shared services and outsourcing are the two areas that are known to be two peas in a pod. IX Global blends the advantages of both to provide its global clients with the best-in-class outsourcing of global connectivity services and managed ICT services. The configurable managed services and technical support offered by the company encompass all the IT functionalities while addressing the various specific client requirements as client’s own virtual IT department.

Providing a reliable on-site technical support especially at remote locations can prove to be a challenging endeavor. However, that’s the area where IX Global service stands out to make a compelling difference. IX Global offers on-site technical support management for their clients with a global presence and customers spread across the world. Combining its managed services with IT outsourcing, the company offers its proprietary global remote technical support.
Noor Helmi, CEO of IX Global Services, says, “Wherever a customer requires technical support, we handle it, irrespective of the customer’s location.” Backed by a dedicated pool of engineers, IX Global brings an esteemed level of dexterity in outsourcing while tapping into difficult markets of the Asia-Pacific. Unlike conventional managed service providers who sell technical services packaged along with their equipment, IX Global provides its customers with the option to exclude the equipment in their request of service. This way the services exclusively pertain to the on-site maintenance and render a win-win situation for both IX Global and its customers.

With an established unique value proposition of being an eminent managed service provider, IX Global caters to the various market segments with a predominant clientele comprising of IT organizations. The company provides IT outsourcing for its clients by providing call center services on their behalf. Furthermore, IX Global resourcefully handles all IT-related aspects of the client enabling them to focus on their business processes. The company’s service offering allows its customers to channelize their resources into enhancing their core functionality and focus on other parameters of business growth.

Wherever a customer requires technical support, we handle it, irrespective of the customer’s location

Tracing the milestones along the company's timeline, Helmi recollects a specific instance with a global telecommunications company that lacked skilled human resources to be deployed at their data centers. “By providing this particular client with exclusive data center support and maintaining their customer network, we created a virtual IT department for them,” adds Helmi.

On broadening its horizon, Helmi shares his vision of expanding into other countries, following the footsteps of its sister company, IX Telecom and venturing into countries like Indonesia, the U.S., and Singapore. The company has its roadmap laid out for a new platform-based project in the near future intertwined with digitization and automation. The prime focus of IX Global nevertheless will remain on harnessing the true potential of both managed and shared services that have brought IX Global Services this far along the journey.
