From the end point and up to the gateway, the company protected every data asset the client owned. Completing the project on a stringent timeframe was challenging for them. But, the client was able to overcome the technical barriers in the stipulated timeframe. Moreover, HeiTech is providing operational support for the client’s security operation, which comes as part of their offerings.

    HeiTech continues enhancing their product line. They will be introducing new technology updates such as SD-WAN, SIEM for SoC, and DevOps, which as Wan Zailani says, “helps us to remain competitive in the market space besides meeting the client’s IT requirements.” Moreover, the company has recently formed a DX (digital transformation) team that primarily focuses on digital transformation initiatives of clients. “We have also ventured into providing smart city solutions that include services like smart parking systems,” mentions Wan Zailani.
